This policy for the processing of personal data ("Personal Data Policy") describes how Dzire.org, (“the service”, “the services”, ”Dzire.org”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes information about you.

The personal information policy applies to personal information that you provide to us or that we collect via the website dzire.org, www.dzire.org ("www.dzire.org").

What personal data do we collect, for what purpose and the correct reason for the processing.
When you visit www.dzire.org information about you and your use of www.dzire.org is automatically collected, e.g. what type of browser you use, what keywords you use, IP address, network location and information about your computer.

The purpose is to optimize the user experience and www.dzire.org functions, as well as carrying out targeted marketing including re-targeting via Facebook and Google.

The legal basis for the processing is the EU's data protection regulation article 6 no. 1 point F.

When you buy a product or communicate with us at www.dzire.org, we collect the information you provide, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment method, information about which products you buy and possibly return, delivery requests and information about which IP address the order was made from.

The purpose is for us to be able to deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you, including managing your rights to cancel, return and advertise. Information about your purchases may also be processed by us to fulfill, among other things, statutory requirements for bookkeeping and accounting. When purchasing, we collect the IP address to maintain our interest in preventing fraud.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name, email address and mobile number. The purpose is to be able to send you additional offers.

When you register in our customer club, you will be asked to provide your information. In addition to name, address and e-mail address, you choose which information you want to give us. We also collect data during your membership about your use of the customer club's benefits, and combine this data with other information we have about you, including information about what you have purchased and possibly returned.

The purpose is to be able to manage your membership and deliver the services and offer you the benefits linked to membership in the customer club, as well as to maintain our interest in sending newsletters and conducting targeted marketing.

The legal basis for the processing is the EU's data protection regulation article 6 no. 1 point F and F. Perhaps in connection with the joint registration you will be asked to give express consent to electronic marketing.

Collection of personal data

Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and order number as well as specific delivery requests will be passed on to Royalmail or the carrier responsible for delivering purchased goods to you.

The data may be transferred to external partners who process the data in our way. We use external partners for e.g. technical operation and improvements of www.dzire.org, possible sending of a newsletter and targeted marketing including re-targeting and up to your assessment of our company and our products. These companies are data processors according to our instructions and process data for which we are responsible for data processing. Data processors cannot use the information for purposes other than fulfilling the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality about this information. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.

Two of these data processors, Google Analytics v/Google LLC and Facebook Inc. is established in the USA. Necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield, in accordance with the EU's data protection regulation article 45.

Your rights

In order to provide insight into the processing of your data, we as the data controller must inform you of your rights.

Right of access

You have the right at any time to request information about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, the purpose of the registration, which categories of personal data and recipients of information are available, where applicable, and information about where information comes from .

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, you must send a written request to support@dzire.org. You may be asked to prove that you are who you say you are through documentation.

Right to correct stored data

You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there is an error in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.

You can correct information that we have collected in connection with your registration to our customer club by logging into your user profile.

Right to erasure

In some cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted from us, e.g. if you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal reason to continue the processing. To the extent necessary to continue the processing of your data, e.g. to fulfill our legal obligations or to establish, enforce or defend legal claims, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.

Right to restrict processing for storage

In some cases, you have the right to limit the processing of your personal data to storage only, e.g. if you claim that the information we process about you is incorrect.

Right to data portability

In some cases, you have the right to receive personal data that you yourself have given us in a structured, well-used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer this data to another personal data controller.

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing, including profiling carried out to target our direct marketing, when this processing is based on our legitimate interests in accordance with clauses 2.1 and 2.3. If you do not want us to use your personal data for direct marketing and profiling, you must delete your cookies.

In addition, you can at any time, for reasons related to your personal situation, object to the processing of your personal data that we do based on our legitimate interests.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right at any time to withdraw the consent you have given us to certain processing of personal data, including the sending of electronic communications.

Deletion of personal data

Data collected about your use of www.dzire.org is deleted as soon as you have not used www.dzire.org in 1 year.

When deregistering Dzire.org we store your data for 6 months. We do this to avoid misuse of welcome discounts. During this period it is not possible for you to receive a new welcome discount, but it is always possible to register again.

Data collected in connection with purchases you have made on www.dzire.org is deleted as a starting point 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was made. However, the data can be stored for longer storage, e.g. if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended or if the storage is necessary for us to fulfill legal requirements. Accounting material is kept for 5 years until the end of an accounting year in order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

Data that we have collected in connection with your registration to, and during your membership in our customer club, is automatically deleted: a) if you have not carried out updates or interaction for 1 year, b) if you unsubscribe from the membership of our customer club.

Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against personal data being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost, changed or reduced, and against unauthorized access or misuse.

Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data to carry out their work have access to the data.
