Payment

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard.
We do not charge card fees.

Delivery

Shipping on Dzire.org. is free FOR MEMBERS. Non-members price: £4.50. Your parcel / parcels will be delivered by Royalmail from our supplier (3-14 days) – Stock items will be sent to the nearest parcel shop / post office (1-14 days)

Binding period

On Dzire.org the first 7 days are free and after that the price is GBP 19 per month. If this is terminated within the first 7 days, we will not charge your subscription.
Thereafter, the subscription can be terminated at any time at the end of a subscription period.

Termination

The subscription continues until terminated. Your membership can be terminated at any time, the subscription is terminated in the middle of a period, it only stops at the end of this period - after that you will not be charged further.
Your subscription can be canceled under ̏“My subscription” if you log in - or at support@dzire.org, state your order number and your email here.

Special conditions

Abuse of subscription

It is against Dzire.org's general trade and subscription conditions to bypass our subscription quota by creating new profiles with different emails or making proven spelling mistakes in emails, etc. We therefore reserve the right to cancel an order in accordance with above.

Price adjustment

We reserve the right to annually regulate the price of the subscription according to the consumer price index, without prior notice.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel your subscription when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from the date of the agreement to notify us that you want to cancel. You can send an email to support@dzire.org or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms.

Refund

If you cancel your subscription in time, we will refund the amount paid to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification that you want to cancel the agreement. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

If there is something wrong with the subscription

The Purchase Act's defect rules do not apply to subscriptions.
Whether you have a 2-year right of complaint according to the rules in the Sales Act therefore depends on what must be delivered according to the subscription agreement, also read more in our terms and conditions.

Delivery of goods

When delivering goods, you have the right to complain for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

Your card

If you get a new card, please send us the new card details. We of course delete the old ones.

You can revoke your permission for us to deduct an amount from your card at any time. You can also object to "unauthorized debits" to your card provider, however no later than 8 weeks after the debit, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Dzire.org and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller for https://dzire.org is Dzire.org.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: support@dzire.org

Access to complaints

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about may have a minimum cost, there may be a fee to have the complaint processed.
