1. How do I cancel my order?
As a private customer, you can delete your order on your customer profile if the order has not yet been confirmed to have been sent.
Your order has been sent if you have received an order confirmation by e-mail. You can log in to your customer profile with your e-mail address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the forgotten password function during login. Or you can cancel the order by contacting our customer support.

2. My package has been sent but not received?
During extraordinarily busy periods such as Black Friday, delays may occur. If the item has not arrived on time, please contact the carrier for more information. You are also welcome to contact our support.

3. I ordered by bank card and then canceled the order. When will the amount be released?
It can take up to 7 days before the reservation of the amount is released from our payment provider. However, the release will usually be much faster.

4. I need to return my item, what do I do?
Read our general terms and conditions. There, you will get instructions on how the process/treatment will go to. It is important that you follow them so that they can be processed as quickly as possible.

5. I have a defective item, what do I do?
It is important that you notify our customer service as soon as possible by e-mail support@dzire.org.
